Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date your items are delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned if:

They are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers within the EU may cancel purchases within 14 days of receiving goods. Cancellations must be communicated in writing and items returned in original condition.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll confirm approval and process a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace products proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if this applies.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless an item is faulty. We offer discounted rates via DHL, DPD, and FedEx—please ask for a returns label if needed.
